The employee will receive a unique link to review and sign the agreement.

Share this link with the employee to collect their signature.

Send this link to via email, WhatsApp, or text.
They open the link, review the agreement, draw their signature and submit.
You'll see the status update to "Awaiting Admin Signature" in the dashboard.
Open the dashboard, click the agreement, and add your counter-signature to complete it.
Once both parties have signed, the PDF can be generated and saved to SharePoint.
